The house location is perfect. We get nice view to Aurora Borealis as it is situated on the edge of the city. Well equipped kitchen, no problem there. Nice and responsive staff. Unfortunately only through phone as it is company who take care of several accommodations in Reine.

Fantastic place to stay, had everything we needed for our stay, close to most locations , supermarket down the road ( closed on Sundays though ) a few resturants and cafes nearby. We were here in Feb 2024, despite all snow and being cold the house was always nice and warm when we came back which was so welcoming. Will be using this house in the future thats for sure. Many Thanks. 5 Star rating from us
Its a picture perfect town. I don't need to describe its beauty. Its apparent from my pictures itself. We were lucky to see Northern lights (Aurora Borealis ) during our stay. It made the stay even more unforgettable.

The cottage we stayed in was cosy with a fantastic view of the water and mountain, sitting there with a hot drink in hand and enjoying the view after a walk on a windy rainy day was the best way to end the day. Has all the things we need for cooking. Free parking space, easy to get in and out of places. It's a pleasant stay.

We did the Reinebrigen hike.
We did the Reinebrigen hike. Lots of people but amazing views.
We also rented a boat from the hotel and went to Vindstad and did the hike to Helvetestiden and Bunes beach. Loved it.
Drive down to the town of Å. Went to the old bakery for cinnamon rolls. Charming. Stopped for lunch at Maren Anna on the way back to the hotel.
The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. We stopped in at Anitas Sjomat for shrimp and brought them back for dinner at our cabin. One night we walked to dinner at Gadus. Charming and convenient.

This is a truly beautiful and majestic landscape, and definitely not to be missed. Inevitably it's own fame and success, together with its one main road, means it can be busy at times, certainly during summer months.
I wouldn't miss it for the world, but there are other really stunning places in Noway to see without the cavalcade of motorhomes, so don't miss those either.

Beautiful location if you have a car.
Beautiful location if you have a car. Very remote with lots of hiking and water activities (for additional fees). You definitely get the sense of what a rugged place this is to live in year round. We had a wonderful (expensive) dinner at the Gammelbua restaurant. No fast food. Try the Coop Prix in Reine to pick up food for lunch/snacks. This is such a beautiful spot that renting a hotel early (6+months ahead) for the high Midnight sun summer season is a must. We enjoyed the museums in A (village south of Moskenes) as they set the stage for us to understand the recent legacy that is Lofoten today.

Driving in Lofoten towards Reine is fun and blissful with great views and beautiful landscapes. We made numerous stops just so we could digest the most beautiful scenery during our autumn road trip. ❤️💕❤️
I love everything about this place. The cabins are very cute and inviting. Walking through the doorway and you'd step into a warm, cozy space with soft music playing on the radio. I felt instantly relaxed and at home.
There are a few good restaurants within an easy walk from the hotel (Anita's Seafoods is practically "across the street"). The cabins are also equipped with a kitchen and cooking utensils if you want to cook your own meals.
The view of Sakrisoy from Rostad Retro Rorbuer is simply gorgeous.
The whole place is really lovely! Every room has been furnished beautifully with a lot of details to discover. We really felt at home after a short time and enjoyed the community area with popcorn machine and the morning yoga lessons. Thanks to Runhild and Zaneta, we always got tips and support when needed. If we should ever come back to Reine (and I hope we will), we will definitely stay at Catogården again.
Beautiful location, extremely clean and pretty house. Just next to good restaurants, cafes and supermarket and the bus stop.
Very helpful and sweet owners and staff. They stored our luggage for 2 night even though we were not staying with them for those 2 nights. Jan gave us great recommendations for things to do in Lofoten
A very cozy spot in Reine. I only stayed one night because the ferry and bus didn’t line up. Would probably be a nice base to explore Reine but I had bad weather during my stay so enjoyed drinking tea and looking out of the window at the moody views. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, heater was warm, breakfast was great.
Good location close to Reine, just a little walk. Very easy to collect the keys in a dedicated box with a code. The atmosphere of the Rorbu was very impressive. Very large living room with well equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms. One large bathroom.
We had the most amazing stay at Manor House. The place was warm, homey and squeaky clean. All rooms had gorgeous views and we were located in the most beautiful part of the Lofoten Islands. The restaurant nearby is also fantastic!
We loved this place; it was cosy and captured the charm of the pictureresque village of Reine . Our only regret is not spending more time at this accommodation to fully enjoy it. Unfortunately, we arrived much later than planned.
Love this quiet little nook in Hamnoy! Beautiful accommodation that is well priced, easy access to E10 and gorgeous views. Perfect for a couple on the ground floor with lots of windows. A few minutes drive to Reine for dinner.
Modernised cabins in the tradition of the Rorbuer. Windows overlook other cabins but has large decking area with view of sea and mountains. Walking distance to the bridge point to take the iconic Lofoten photo.
Excellent location near Reine, good mountain/sea view, comfortable rooms, liked the large dining table, the outside deck (but we didn't use the area because it was too cold and windy), free parking.
The mini Villa was absolutely amazing! It's a very comfy and cozy place and the view is stunning. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Reine/Hamnøy.
Comfortable accommodation, with open view to Reine. Very good location for exploring south west Lofoten. Recommend day boat trip to Vindstad & Bunes Beach (www.reisnordland.com)
The cozy Manor with the perfect Host was a nice break from the normal hotel/camping adventure. I got tips on what to do and even extendet my stay in this lovely place
Very cozy place, small but well equipped, great location, you can walk up to the LP cover viewpoint, and about 10 mins drive to Reine, very nice in total
