The waiters at their restaurant are the only reason we are not giving this property a bad/zero rating as they were very helpful, attentive and friendly. But the overall service of this resort was poor.

The staff was amazing. They picked us up from the bus. Made us feel welcome. Took us multiple times to see different elephant things around town (for free). Helped us arrange all or safari’s at a very reasonable price. They made our stay so wonderful and the price was great. We felt like we were staying with friends not at a hotel. I cannot recommend a better budget place to enjoy Chitwan. We could have stayed longer Thank you
