Unfailingly cheerful and so helpful. Place was wonderfully clean. Heaters were on when we arrived and everything all set to go. New favourite for Dunedin stays- easy drive to Dunedin when needed but also handy to Brighton coastal beaches.

Steve was very welcoming and showed us around. It was a very spacious unit and had everything we needed to self cater for 5 nights. We appreciated the cheese & crackers, milk and other treats provided, thank you. It was nice to relax in the lounge after a day out and about walking tracks around Dunedin and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and appreciated the many little things to make it homely.
