Very welcoming introduction when I pulled in to pick up the room key. Escorted me to the room and opened the door. Heater already going, warming the room.
The room was great, roomy, clean and tidy. Soundproofed I guess, as it was very quiet. Lovely garden to view from my warm and comfortable room.
