Mixed experience with this hotel. It has got its own small beach, but when it’s a low tide - all others are also coming. Another hotel has being constructed just next to this hotel and it’s extremely loud pretty much an entire day.
Breakfast is very rich.
The staff service is variable - some are very helpful, others - ridiculously unhelpful.
The hotel offers its area for corporate events and it gets extremely loud and crowdy when an extra hundred of people or more strolls in the hotel.
A funny detail: a safe was placed into a same wardrobe as a fridge, just above it. All stuff in the safe was very warm all the time due to its proximity to the fridge. I needed to take it out time from time from the safe as it wasn’t good to be 100% in the hot environment.
Price - service/quality don’t match.
This 4-star hotel provides easy access to the business district and tourist attractions, as well as being well-equipped with a diversity of facilities.

Very nice staff, cleanness 3/5. There were lots of flies and insects around food at the breakfast. Windows can’t be open in the room.
It’s a small supermarket 5 minutes by foot from the hotel, called Noor.
Ok for a short stay.

Talal, Philippe and the staff in general were amazing. The facilities are great, the gym is THE BEST gym hotel I have ever been to. The breakfast is also one of the best I have ever been, mostly because the staff make you feel well served.
