Staff is always friendly and inviting. Although this time, out of 8 stays, our housekeeping girl was rude and unaccomidating. She was actually quite rude.

There is nothing to do in Bacolod. Landers as a shopping experience was poor, S & R opens next week which may help. There are a few good restaurants Bobs, 51, and the Chinese. The Seda hotel is the best by a mile. The main SM centre is boring and unexciting.
Perhaps fishing trips or sensibly priced visits to the hot springs if advertised would be an idea.
The Golf course is flat and nice people there.

A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous.
A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous. Foods are excellent in taste, presentation & good value for money. The best place we visited : DSB, too many coffee shops and other places that caters to very excellent food. Easy to go somewhere else within the city proper with the use of the app of Grab cars with affordable rates.

Philippine sugar capital never sours
Philippine sugar capital never sours
Bacolod is a sweet, culture-rich destination in the middle region of the Philippines. People never tire of smiling, offering assistance to visitors. Taxi drivers are honest and their vehicles are clean. You can ask them to take you to the Maskara festival and take part in it too. Visit San Sebastián Cathedral, a landmark of faith and culture. Needing a natural respite from stresses? Head to Mambukal fresh water spring resort and be rejuvenated. The Bacolod Chicken Inasal (barbecue) is an unforgettable touch to the palate while Aboys Restaurant is superior in grilled seafood. Top the Bacolod experience with Calea cakes for the unsweetened tooth. Taste it for yourself .

I mostly go to Bacolod for BaCon Pop. And so far, it's been great. My friends and I always make sure to go to Vikings at least once during our stay in Bacolod. It's fairly easy to get around with the help of Grab.

The thing with Bacolod is there isn't really much to see within the city itself. The interesting spots are all outside the city. The Ruins is in Talisay City. The Silay ancestral houses are all in Silay City. Mambukal is in Murcia.

Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate.
Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate. Taxi drivers are honest and take pride of the city. The new service shuttle loop is air-conditioned and have friendly conductors. Even fellow passengers will help you find your destination. A few beggars and street sleepers around but fewer than I can remember. I just loved the "chill" nature of people around. I felt safe walking 12 rounds at the lagoon early morning with zumba music for the dancers in front of the Capitol building. It was a good vibe
The location is a away from the city bustle, very serene and beautiful. The interiors are also comfy. Beds and pillows are plenty and hotel quality
The staff were very prompt in helping us with our needs and in answering any question we might have
The power of the area went out on the day we were staying in, but they had a generator, so our stay remained comfortable
Overall, true value for money, and will recommend this place to friends and family!
Loved the location - right next to one of the main highways in Bacolod City, and very close to Restaurants, Convenient stores, and even the NGC where a whole lot of things are happening in October for the Maskara festival. The food was good, the AC was working. I also loved their staff. They were attentive, fast and very friendly.
we’ve stayed here 3 times now and always had a great experience, the rooms are great and now the new tv service is the best I’ve ever had in any hotel! thank you Ria for sharing your birthday food with us, not many owners would do that!
easily the best stay we had in Bacolod. very clean with everything we need (hot water, AC, and WiFi). staff was amazing and very hospitable, including the owner. Will definitely return next visit to Bacolod
If you're looking for an affordable yet top notch room to stay in Bacolod, I suggest you book with this host, the room is very clean, stylish and comfortable.
Super enjoyed and satisfied of my stay 😊👍
We love everything about the property. The works of art displayed inside the house and its architecture! It is very Bacolodnon but elevated. Just a very lovely place and perfect for groups or family.
we've stayed here a few times before, this is our 1st choice place to stay when we're Bacolod. The rooms are great, as is the location and the breakfast is the best! oh! and all the staff are lovely!

hotel staff are very accommodating
especially Ms. Relyn from Amira restaurant when I had a business meeting with Bacolod doctors
also the reception /hotel lobby staff named Ms. Rea
Hotel was in a perfect location and served the purpose of an overnight stay. Staff were very professional. Having the cafe downstairs was a great add to the property.
The restaurant and staff.
The whole ambiance of the hotel and grounds.
The little gecko's strategically patrolling the walls, keeping guests safe from mosquitos 😁
Location was excellent - a convenience store was nearby and the hotel is along Lacson street which has a lot of places to go to. The staff were also quite friendly
It a great stay, ang mura lang niya pero it exceed my expectation, malinis at mabango ang rooms nila not just that kahit yung pinakahotel mismo malinis talaga.
The location is great if you want to be in the East area of Bacolod City, which we wanted. I like how spacious the room was, and how friendly the staff were.
