We have visited Romania for hiking, and this pension was the best place to rest at the and of the day. The staff was extremely kind, however we didn't speak one common language, we could understand what the other wants and they helped in everything we needed. Our room and the whole place was clean and cozy. And the kitchen was fully equiped. We had a really great time there.

The guests were so friendly and careful about any of our wishes (e.g., food preferences, local information etc), always welcoming us with a big smile and lots of energy, despite the late hour we arrived. The room had a splendid view towards the mountain. The room had everything we needed, proper warming, everything clean. For us, having their own restaurant was a big plus. For the money i paid it was more than enough ,don't expect to much ,but it was clean,quiet,and the biggest atraction which is ''Cheile Bicazului" is very near so this makes a good choice if you are looking for a budget stay.Room was clean ,hot shower,clean bedsheets and towels.They have an amazing cat.

Dămuc is located inside a valley with some lovely green landscape. There are a few hikes available which can be found online in this area. Bigger atractions such as Cheile Bicazului are around the corner which makes it easy to reach in the early morning before the crowds.
