Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas...
Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas being absolutely amazing landscapes. We had a tour of the churches, very spiritual and beautifully decorated. The locally grown food is excellent, as the locally distilled plum brandy, which is no. 1 in the country. It's also close to the city of Cluj, just 2 hours drive, so this could be made into a tandem visit.DianaBelgium - 8.0Scored 8.0

"Multicoloured" city, lot of differences among people. Also city itself, architecture etc. is very various. In hills next to Zalau is located ancient Roman city Porolissum - a short trip, it´s worth to see it.AlešCzech Republic

The room also was decorated in the same royal style. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and smells good. In our room we had problem with drain in sink (water didn't flash), but personal were glad to solve this problem. Personal was pleasant and nice.

I also enjoyed a nice bath with my lady and to top it up , we had room service in the morning with a very tasteful breakfast and coffee which was included in the price. The stuff was amazing ! very kind ! 10/10 For me , this hotel was the best in town ! Definitely will visit again

We stayed at this property due to the multiple advantages: location, plenty of space available, distance from the restaurant where the wedding took place, etc. I can say that everything was flawless. The rooms were very nice and of decent size. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant . I highly recommend this hotel.
