I have been staying at the PHHP every week for the past 4 weeks in their Premium room.
I chose the hotel because of Carpe Diem bed and the spa-saunas due to my health. Staff is kind at reception. Lounge has a good breakfast, calm, the "afternoon/dinner snacks" on the other hand are not consistent..seems it depends on staff on duty that day. I want to thank the person last week who made me a fruit salad at breakfast..exactly what i needed.

Lack of cleanliness, we only received one small blanket for two people in a large bed. The room is cold, the windows are dirty, the shower gel and the shampoo bottle are empty. At 2 o'clock in the morning, loud music was played, it was impossible to sleep. the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
