Very simply place , not a modern town. Quiet. 3 supermarkets. Public transport infrequent. A selection of places to eat. Tourist information staff very helpful. Bongiorno Pizza place in tesco value for money €3.99 for all pizzas
The location was ideal for my trip. This was not a hotel like a Holiday Inn and there was no breakfast. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. I do recommend it if you are in need of a place to stay while in the area. I know that at least one of the rooms was a 2 room suite. The owner had to be contacted to check us in and he responded within just a few minutes and was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a refrigerator, a safe, and a hot water kettle for instant coffee.
The Penzion is a pension, not a hotel. So, as a result, it had good facilities for a long stay - such as terrace, kitchen, breakfast area, fridge. Those were good. The room was small and plain and quite serviceable. Very clean. Bathroom was small but good. The location in Roznava was good, very convenient to bus station and few main tourist sights (church, square, etc.) I would stay there again.
After a long time Rožňava has a nice place to stay meaning something with really added value just a spot with bed to sleep over the night. Room was spacious very cosy and modern. Mrs. owner was also very nice to us and provide a breakfast we actually didn’t count on first. Cellar room where breakfast was served was a beautiful experience as well.
This is a really nice hotel in a beautiful old building. Perfectly located on the main square of the little town Roznava. We arrived very late due to traffic but the staff stayed to receive us. Very much appreciated. They have many breakfast options and the value for money is simply amazing.
Beautifull place close to mountains and Roznava.
Budget Penzion for such a lovely place.
Pets friendly place for simvolic charge.
Our short stay was after driving day and before next deiving day. Small but comfortable room with 4 beds perfectly covered our night stay needs.
breakfast was lovely, had English brekky but because I didn't want the sausage, they gave me an extra fried egg instead. The little car park at the back of the hotel has gates which are locked at night, with a back door into the hotel.
Roznava is small city with plenty of places of interests around, staff is friendly, helpful. The parking is behind the hotel and in separated camera supervised area.
