I honestly have no words. It was my first time in a suite but Im pretty sure everyone does not experience what i experienced here. The staff had huge smiles on their faces. Whenever we came from shopping someone used to rush out to help us with our bags. We used the utensils in the suite and always found them washed and racked the next day and our clothes perfectly folded and seperated on our beds. The gym and pool times are more convenient that what I saw in moy previous stays in other properties. The ACs were in peak condition and the toilets were super clean and fragrant. Ive travelled a fair bit and I have to say this hotel by far is ranked the highest in terms of price, cleanliness and most importantly the Staff.
