Some staff and the housekeepers were friendly and went above and beyond. But thr General Manager Melissa, needs a little more training before given that title. Definitely someone who's racist and is rude and unprofessional to women. Also made me pay "her" rate(s) and chanrged me for incidentals 3 different amounts on 3 different occasions and at the end NEVER gave it back or released any of my money at checkout per LivInn procedures. She lied to me about rates and kept my incidentals. Told me I couldn't extend my stay without any reason, as well as entered some notes about my stay in 2022 which I was told about 4 days before I checked out. She should not be the general manager or go get some audiotinal training on customer service. I am in yhr process if escalating this before She charged me incidentals and the rates she made up knowingly that she would not be giving it back and planned it our to tell me I couldn't extend as I had already request and was granted a later checkout. She waited until after that to tell me I wasn't able to extend. The GM Melissa is mean, a bully, careless and inconsiderate of others and very u profesional. I have escalated this and am seeking legal advice as this meets the threshold for a defamation of character legal matter.

Location very good, lots of things out at the breakfast bar when we first arrived . Then a sweet little lady started replenishing everything so it turned out good. . She worked so hard to get everything out quickly as people asked for different things. I enjoyed the waffles the most!

Although remodeling was taking place, the room I stayed in, was very comfortable and already remodeled. Remodeling in the hallways was not a problem. Plus, it was very close to the airport and made my morning commute very easy.

I would not stay at this hotel again . Rooms is dated and pillows are small more for kids. Utility room could be closed. Soda machines could be filled. The only nice thing is the bfast dinning room where it has be updated.

We were there for a weekend family reunion in Lakeville which is just down the road a bit. We looked up local microbreweries and found one very close to where we stayed. Ineffable was great! The beer was good and the food was really good too!
We drove to nearby Prior Lake and checked out their farmer's market and then headed to Antler Park in Lakeville.

The owner and office staff are very rude and arrogant.
The owner and office staff are very rude and arrogant. Have no compassion or understanding of their customers. Without us they would not have a business. The guest are your business and treating them as less than you is just not ok.

We have stayed at a few different hotels in the area and this time decided on the Hampton in Burnsville. Very glad to have made that choice. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Will stay at this one from now on when we travel to Burnsville and will look for one to stay in when we travel elsewhere.
It was nice having the restaurant adjoinng the hotel. We were interested to try out the "Farm to Table" Morgan's style. We found the service great & the atmosphere was also very nice. Sadly, I felt the food was very plain & not particularly tasty. My husband liked his entre better than I did mine. We did find a hit in the Creme Brulee dessert that we shared!! YUM!! We also returned for breakfast the next day. He was happy with his , but mine was close to tastless. A new chef might be helpful!!
My girlfriend and I had a nice birthday night with a hot tub suite and the room was very clean and we got the romance package so there was rose petals all over the floor and chocolates and Hershey kisses all over and bath and body wash lotions and body washes and then there was also a bath bomb for the jacuzzi tub. Overall it was an amazing night I just hope anyone's staying in the rooms around us weren't kept awake all night! 🤣😂
The service is good the only thing that I did not like was the blankets on the beds was not clean they both was dirty I worked for hotels for years I know a lot of housekeepers do not ever change the blankets on the bed they only changes the sheets the only time the blankets gets changed is if they are really dirty which they should be changed daily regardless
The location was very quiet, but also convenient for the bus routes. The staff were very friendly, and respectful. And the room was much, much nicer than I had expected for the price! Not to mention the pool is actually open, and quite nice facilities as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
This hotel was extremely clean. The price was great and the room was huge. The person at the front desk was friendly and polite. Their breakfast is simple but does the job. Excellent value for your money. We will definitely stay there again.
The convenience of being able to have breakfast was like though the food itself was just OK. Also, we were in the area for a particular purpose and this hotel was just a few minutes away from where we were going.
Just finished a three week road trip so we stayed in a lot of hotels. This one was the best value for money. It was beautifully appointed, clean and had the best breakfast room of them all. We’ll be back!
For the most part we actually feel like a guest. Something rare in hotels within this budget. This hotel is like a favorite warm hoody. A little tattered in places but very comfortable. Great beds.
Nothing about the hotel was nice. The staff was rude and couldn’t figure out how to help us.e and my fiancée waited for hours to try and figure out stuff the manager messed up.
