The kitchen area and bathroom were excellent. I was disappointed that the bed and pull out couch were not upgraded and uncomfortable. The pull out more so than the bed but it still seemed outdated compared to the rest of the suite.

I had trouble checking in due to a third-party booking snafu. The front deck personnel were calm, professional and apologetic for something that was obviously not their fault.

The room was clean and comfy. The staff was pleasant and responsive when I needed help. The location is great and there are plenty of shopping and eating options. I always stay here when I visit Longwood Gardens and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
