The staff at check in (Tiffany) was extremely helpful. Our reservation did not show in her computer. She took care of it and got our rooms quickly matching the price we had received via Booking.com!

Beds are very comfy, room was spacious, and the breakfast wasn't bad, well stocked and filling. Pool looked decent, as did the gym. This hotel is pretty accommodating for those traveling with pets. Even though there was a delay in checking in, staff overall was friendly. The hotel was also very well maintained- from the exterior, to lobby. I would stay here again.

Once we returned at night I was about to take a bath when I see little bugs that looked like flies jumping all over the tub was so disgusting I didn’t end up taking my bath and we call reception and all they did was go spray the restroom instead of trying to give us a different room I felt so disgusted for the rest of the night.
