The hallway smelled of marijuana smoke from the first point on entry and when I asked the host they admitted they smelled smoke too. The room was not clean I found food debris left from previous guest the tv did not work and we had to be moved to a new room which the blow dryer did not work the tv channels were stuck and not working the power in the room did not work and our phone would not charge so we had dead phones by the morning. I’m very disappointed in my stay and will never stay at comfort inn again it was not comfortable at all.

I found it very difficult to get to. I assume that was due to construction but not sure how you normally get to the building. It is difficult to rate the surrounding because of Covid-19 and ridiculous lockdown of businesses. I did not understand the lack of any breakfast. We had cold service at another Hampton in Arkansas. I also did not appreciate the lack of daily room service blaming Covid-19. Whether you clean a room once or three time you still have to clean the room.
