    rooms: We had requested when make are Reservations two doubles beds. instead we got a king size bed 🛏 and a twin size sofa bed. they couldn't not accommodate us with are request. There's "No" Phones in the room to call the from desk. the electrical outlets weren't working so we were unable to dry are hair from the bathroom.

    Compared to other parts of the area it was easier to navigate. There were some shopping areas and main streets and restaurants nearby. Just too busy for my taste but I was in town for concerts and the hotels closer to the stadium were too expensive or already booked.

    Nothing, what a nightmare this place is , warning very creepy don’t stay here. Staff was no help at all, we left because of issues with room,some creepy stuff going on in that hotel. Be warned, trying to talk to management about concerns. No one has contacted me. Never, never stay here what a poor excuse for a hotel.

    The Front Desk Staff Emily was the sole reason the hotel received a full star rating she mad our stay here go smooth.     The property as well as the restaurant next door are gorgeous. The staff were really nice & anytime we needed pool towels or just regular towels, they accommodated us and made us feel comfy. Imelda, the front desk lady was super kind as well as the hotel manager when we had questions !

    Beautiful hotel, loved the charming look and feel. Beds were comfortable coffee pot worked. Breakfast was good. The elevators were so cool, their glass so you can see the garden an pool going up or down. Close to restaurants and walmart. I would stay here again.

    Rooms are updated, clean and really nice. Has a small living room type area separate from the bedroom which is very nice. The grounds are well kept and overall the entire hotel is beautiful

    The location was good (we had a car so it was easy to get to and from the hotel). Rooms were big and the property has more than one entrance so no need to walk through lobby all the time.
