I wasn't looking for a hotel with any special features as it was for one night while arriving after a 3 leg air journey and I was on the way somewhere else. If the free breakfast had a wider selection I would have rated it higher. It was very close to interstate I-91 and that was most important to me

Disappointed in my hotel stay.
Disappointed in my hotel stay. When this place was Crowne Plaza this was the hotel to stay at. Since becoming Raddison Inn now to Red Lion. It seems like a Lion ran through this place. The only thing that may bring me back there is the pool it self. Even though the jacuzzi was out of order and the ceiling above the jacuzzi look like it was going to cave in.

I left my tablet outside on a bench and remarkably, someone turned it in. When I called the hotel they went above and beyond to get it to me. We used the "Return Service" that you contract with, Get My Stuff or something like that. I had it back within a week and co I ld watch its progress. Great service and great concept.
