Unfortunately, from the moment you arrive at the entrance of the Hotel you see everything DIRTY, the reception, the hallways, and upon entering the room the dirty bathroom: Toilet, Sink. After 6 hours of traveling to arrive at this!!! My husband went to buy towels and used bleach and we managed to clean the bathroom a little! Actually at 11 at night looking for other accommodation and/or arguing at reception was a waste of time because we thought we could get a worse room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! This time very bad experience!

STAY HERE! Absolutely exceptional. So glad we chose here instead of Margarittaville with similar reviews. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and lazy river, gas fireplaces outside, Parrots, games for the kids. Starbucks. Everything you need!
