Perfect location in an uncongested area very near CVG Airport. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good TV, hot breakfast options. Helpful & friendly staff, and a good free shuttle if needed. We walked next door to the fancier hotel's lovely restaurant for cocktails & dinner. Our room plus dinner next door cost us less than a room next door. Good deal!

Breakfast selection was nice and good variety. But slow to refill certain items despite asking. Would have also liked to have a regular coffee option , not just dark roast and decaf. Hotel location was excellent - close proximity to many areas of town and great restaurant choices.

The staff was very approachable and courteous. Jeff, our valet, was particularly helpful in answering our questions and gave great recommendations for dining. The Metropole Bar and Restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip.

So this Saturday I took my daughter, my daughter's friend and my niece to see Round2 Crew in Newport Ky. I rented a room at Super 8 in Fort Mitchell Ky. it was a nightmare! We have photo's of roaches dead bed bugs and tried blood from the bed bugs and a blue rag full of holes was left in our bed room upon arrival. I complained but the clerk was being so rude we had to wait 10 mins for her to get off the phone and then after we complained she screams there's nothing I can do come back and talk to the manager tomorrow at 10 so my niece got rude back and she threatened to have her removed from the premises! So at 10am I went down to the main office and complained and the manger said your not getting a refund and we are expecting an exterminator soon!!

We were staying there while visiting the Cincinnati area.
We were staying there while visiting the Cincinnati area. It was only 4 miles to Cincinnati and the drive back and forth was easy. There were several good restaurants within a reasonable drive of the motel and a lot of fast food places.
Nothing , over priced , dirty. The bedding had holes. The bathroom was filthy . The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. And this is the good stuff I have to say about it.
The hotel was in a very suspect area. It was dirty and the breakfast was not as advertised. Nothing hot, cold cereal and bagels. Coffee maker was broken.
