Nice hotel with good amenities....clean, quiet, good breakfast with variety, workout room/pool/jacuzzi were all nice, clean, and in good shape.
TV options were limited, basic - like did not get ESPN and controls were hard to operate. This is a minor item, but in an otherwise great 4 day stay here.

It was a nice hotel with large suites that is roomy and spacious for family who have children to stay together! There is a sofa bed in addition to the king bed in the room. Free breakfast was adequate with some hot food plus a good variety of breakfast items such as cereal, toast, yogurt and waffles!

This hotel had given false information, when we arrive, the hotel was under construction and did not notify us, upon booking reservation.
the room was not available to stay one night, it was smelly, it had no tv, bedding, refrigerator, coffee maker, toilet paper, dresser, closet, etc., that was include in the rooms as booked, we check in and check out within one hour trying to explain to the clerk that the room was unlivable. end up having to find somewhere else which was very expensive (3 nights) I'm asking for a full refund but have not received it yet

We were in town for a wedding.
We were in town for a wedding. The area seemed to be very beautiful, and I wish we had more time to explore. The Mpressive Escapes rental townhouse we were in was so comfy and relaxing that we spent most of our time there instead of out and about. I would love to return when we have more time.

Grand Prairie is a nice little town away from the hectic v hustle is the city. We weren’t able to go to Six Flags which is why we stayed here but did some shopping at the outlet mall and had dinner at Cheddars which was delicious.
I definitely recommend staying here if you are going to the Texas Trust CU Theatre. Location was excellent. There was a man in the lobby offering shuttle service to the theatre for $20pp. Definitely worth the ease of avoiding parking and traffic at the theatre. The breakfast room was big and clean with lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the plug in for my phone. There was a big desk.
At the reception there are two women, an old woman named Jackie and another named Nora who pretends to be the Manager. The old lady is very rude and racist and the other one is rude and aggressive. I have stayed many nights in that hotel, until this day it was my favorite but I will never stay there again.
Hotel staff was exceptional in every way, the place is always clean and tidey! I also like how secure it is and if you don't have a key after certain hours you get in! Free gym 24 hours(not that I use it) buy overall great experience and they were so amazing with kids!
Location was sketchy. There was a police chase outside the facility when we pulled up. Hotel smells like a nursing home. Staff was not professional at all. They were laughing and joking about the police chase happening outside in front of guests.
The hotel was located in a great area close to what I needed access to. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. It did not have any weird smells like some hotels do.
The fact that it was so simple and free to book online without the hotel taking or pending your funds. I love that it’s not too big and that it’s ver seclusive. It’s near outlet mall and plenty eating places.
The hotel is old and shabby. The company seems to just wear it down. It looks like the set of a c-movie about a serial killer in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The employees were very polite, courteous, welcoming, the hotel/rooms were very clean. The food was good and plentiful, I will definitely stay there again.
