Beds and pillows were perfect. Firm and substantial without being hard.vroom was spotless and fresh. Very nice area outside dedicated to dog potty time, clean, well maintained, convenient and a pleasant surprise. Staff was awesome.

I liked their pool I think it was one of my favorite things. I wasn’t expecting the tv with all those apps like Netflix and YouTube. The best thing I liked was the shower it had botanical shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was amazing.

Least, no breakfast included, no coffee in lobby, the provided bulk bottles of various bathroom products I felt unsafe using them..single use soaps etc more sanitary. More tamper proof. Who used them last, did they have a disease transmittable through touch, could they have put a foreign substance in a bottle?. As a medical professional, I would not, did not use the community bathroom products.

We got recommendations from the hotel staff for places to eat that served “bar food” and they gave us choices and described the differences. They suggested a brewery that we then visited for dinner. It was a wonderful place, friendly staff and very good food. There were healthy choices for me and the burger my husband liked.

Great scenic driving! Lots of place to enjoy. If you have kids, the driving is probably not for them since most of the roads are curvy and hilly, they'll get nausea for sure! It was awful!! Didn't get the room I booked!! Needed disabled room, no hand rails at toilet or the bathtub. Walls in shower/bathtub was really dirty!! No hair dryer, so I didn't get to wash my hair! No clock in room! Bathtub was really small for handicap!!! The ice container had something black in it!! Furniture was in poor condition. My boyfriend hurt his stomach trying to get out of bathtub!! Only had 1 working lamp in room! Just a really bad room for the price!! Never will stay there again and I'll tell others to Not stay there!! Left before time to check out!! So PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!!!AAnonymous

I came down about 20 min late. The location is great. I already knew it was in the middle of Hickory's downtown. It's accessible to many of the highways; you can get to anywhere that you want to go.
