The roads and most of the highways are in disrepair. The city is dirty but Little Rock Air Force Base is very clean. Jacksonville, Arkansas has very confusing road signs and dangerous off ramps from the freeway. The places we saw in Jacksonville were run down and just looked dirty.

I had to ask for another room because the air didnt seem to work and the room had a very strong odor of stale smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
