The breakfast was excellent. By far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel common areas were all very clean and updated.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Bathtub was slick. No mat.
Way too much furniture. Had 2 beds, but not enough room for 2 people plus their luggage.
Didn't have a microwave. Had to call and they had to find one in an empty room and bring it to us.
Wifi didn't work and staff couldn't get it to work. Said we were too far from the main office.

Cool little city with a lot of charm and great places to eat! Definitely check out TIMBER! Its a walk-able place with nice parks and plenty of free parking which is not always the case in a college town.

The room had been updated and was so nice.
The room had been updated and was so nice. The pool was closed for repair but I didn't see any repair going on. I would be surprised if it is even opened. Ice machine on our floor was not working and looked like it hadn't for a while. Very inconvenient for people our age.
The room was a mess the bed had already been laid in the bathtub was dirty with a dirty wash rag in it the bath towels was laying in the floor under the sink the trash can in the bathroom had a used bar of soap in at and in have pictures to prove what in saying is true. I Didn't like anything about this hotel. But it was the middle of the night and my husband and in had no where else to stay for the night. So we stayed in the room and sleeted on the floor. We shouldn't have to pay almost a $100 for a room that we couldn't enjoy.
It was very clean and accomodating. We stayed at a diff hotel last time we was in Johnson City which we paid more for but this one was way better than that one. Only complaint I have was the smell of weed in our room which cause me to have a panic attack an sick to my stomach. which isn't the hotels fault but guest staying there. They have up no smoking signs but of course people don't obied by them, so def not holding that against the hotel. We would stay here again.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating despite the fact they were working short. Over the past 14 months I've stayed in 5/6 different hotels between Erwin, Jonesborough, and Johnson City for business. I wish this would've been my 1st place I picked. If I ever have 2 come back out there I won't stay anywhere else.
The mattresses were pretty comfortable for a hotel bed. And the breakfast had a decent selection.
Went to see some family over Thanksgiving holiday. Stayed in Johnson City , centrally located where every one lives, also close to area we wanted to site see. Great location, awesome, friendly staff. The staff even had like a small Thanksgiving feast in the breakfast area. They also had a fountain drink machine on site in the breakfast area which was a first for us to have @ our hotel & also a huge PLUS .
We stayed in one of the king rooms. It had a comfy bed, the sheets were good quality and each of us had a soft and firm pillow option. The bathroom was roomy. We loved the restaurant/Wellington's) we had an excellent dinner and breakfast. Just a note the sides are definitely sharable! We wish our stay was longer - this was a beautiful hotel and an extremely good value.
I loved the mini waffles and the REAL butter even the coffee was good and I almost never drink hotel coffee. I always make a trip to Starbucks but the hotel coffee was fine for me. I loved the fluffy pillows - I actually dreamed I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed was comfortable. The BEST thing about this hotel was Jeremiah. He was wonderful.
The beds were exceptional! Good rest for weary and tired travelers. Most hotels leave little bottles of shampoo and such , but it impressed me that they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! And it was name brand! Dove lol . It was very clean too, which is ALWAYS my main concern in a hotel.
The hotel itself was satisfactory. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Felt cozy and safe. Very spacious suite. Glad to find clean and safe place to stay while traveling with our dog. Very large room with supercomfortable beds.
Very friendly staff!
Good value.
Accommodated our request for 2 rooms next door to each other.
As "motels" go, we were happier with this one than most.
Shower had good water pressure.
Noon check out is standard.
Was a little worried because the price was lower than everything else but was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice room ,comfortable bed overall very nice hotel
The breakfast was excellent. By far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel common areas were all very clean and updated.
Staff was friendly. The Hampton InnBreakfast was good, Location was great for what we needed. The rooms were clean. I just wish I had time to enjoy the pool.
