My room was very large about the size of a studio apartment. The location was very convenient. Right next to a McDonald's that stayed open 24hrs for them late night cravings. Walmart and other retailers were within 2-3 miles and there were a handful of other restaurants withing the vicinity. I dont know why the rating is so low I didnt have any of the problems other guests complain about.

Kenner is a sweet spot for an easy stay when you want to experience the Jefferson-Orleans Parish area. Many of the hotels are just off I-10 making it convenient to other cities surrounding it such as Metairie, Chalmette and New Orleans, which is a quick 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Everything you'd want (food, shopping, bowling, bakeries, parks etc.) is just around the corner or a mile or two away if you stay in the area around the Louis Amstrong International Airport.

Kenner is a busy area but traffic generally flows well.
Kenner is a busy area but traffic generally flows well. The main streets lead to shopping centers, entertainment and dining. Not far from a really nice Mall and of course a short drive to New Orleans. We ate at to numerous places to list but I can honestly state I never had a bad meal or bad service. Make sure to arrange your exploring after the morning and before the evening rush hour, that can be a challenge. All in all, Kenner is a user friendly place and it does help if you have a MAPS or Google maps on your cell phone. Lafouniere Park is a great place to walk and visit the bird sanctuary and get some exercise and fresh air.

It really sucks when you check into a hotel and get slammed with fees that are unexpected. There is a charge for parking at the hotel that they don't tell you about. When you check in they tell you about it but it is to a third party that controls that. So when you book your stay online, you can't get refunded if you refuse to pay for parking. Overall it sucks. Pay a little more and stay at a better place.

The hotel was nice, but the sewage smell in the bathroom was horrible. I was on the 3rd floor, and the noise level was very loud that night, and disturbed my sleep. I called the front desk about the disturbance, but the noise level continued.

Rude people.
Rude people. Went to a graduation and everyone was getting escorted out by security and police. People was screaming at everyone. Very unsafe. Traffic is dangerous and unsafe. Roads are designed strange. Very wasteful for gas. Forces you to take U- turns

Only spent the night on our way to a cruise.
Only spent the night on our way to a cruise. We did walk down to the convenience shop located a block away to pick up some chicken for supper. There food was delicious and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Staff were very service oriented, facility was very clean, inside and out. AC was nice and cold, and easy to adjust. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Distribution of lights in the room was appropriate. The cookie at check the in is always my favorite, and having the nut free option made our whole day! Although people were in the pool and in the hallways, we could not hear that in the room, which was nice. It was a very peaceful stay. We did not eat at the property, but noted they had a great selection.
Self-check in, never met the hosts but were kind and communicative. Despite being a small room it had everything needed for short stays: mini fridge, sink, dishware, microwave, smart TV, hot water, AC and a comfortable bed. Enough place for guests to park next to the property. Highly recommended to bring a car. Actual property location is a few blocks away from the one provided by Booking, make sure to read and save the information sent by the hosts for check in.
The property was clean and well kept up. It smelled so good right when we walked into the lobby. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We also visited the pool which probably could have been a little more clean but overall it was fine. We also used their shuttle to get back and forth from the airport. The driver was prompt in getting us there and back when we returned from our trip since we used the hotel for parking.
The room was not too bad except for when we opened the curtains and was looking at a disgusting, dirty, green pool! The breakfast was being handled by one person when there was a convention for the hearing impaired going on. The food was gone before 8am. The food was way below what any other hotel breakfast I have had and I’ve been to many many hotels with free breakfast!
Hotel Bar was exceptional, great food and drinks, good place and confortable.
Room has space and also a space to work before going to the airport. There is also a shutter that brings you free of charge.
The bed and bath were very confortable and the hotel has good enjoyable silence for people who want to rest and/or work.
What I loved was the cleanliness! The hotel smelled clean in the lobby, the hallways and the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was AMAZING and the room had a fridge and coffeemaker which I enjoyed. I also liked the convenience of being close to the city but not in the chaos of the tourists.
Great location. Front desk staff were helpful and fast. Breakfast was suitable. New Orleans can be hard to find a good place on New Years and the Comfort Suites Kenner was simple, clean and worked out well. Thank you!
Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, exceptionally clean hotel. Rooms were super spacious and clean.Breakfast had a lot of different variety and was way better compared to regular continental breakfast.
Room was ok, breakfast was not as good as other LA Quinta location but filling. Airport was good but had to take a taxi because there is no shuttle available from the Hotel.
Thermostat in one of the rooms did not work. Room was too cold. Called the front desk, they said someone would come by to check it, but no one ever didt.
