nothing to do, not many restaurants except fast food. no where to shop but Walmart.. Tried a restaurant called Tumbleweed and a Fatsz it was ok. hotels are expensive for that area because you have to drive a long way to see anything so you might as well stay in that area.

They are always Grade A in cleanliness and sanitary every visit. But I love the professional and hospitality attitudes of the employees. Although this was a working trip, I felt like I was on vacation and wish I could have spent more time there. Be sure to step outside at night! But well worth the stay! It’s a very easy drive to Blowing rock, and Wilson’s Creek. Just a little something have to say thank you for having a makeup mirror! I realize when traveling how I miss that- rarely offered in rentals!
