I love the location on right on King Street. Walkable to lots! You can park overnight on the street if you are out by 8am, but there are 2 hour meters after that on Saturdays. Staff is super nice and the lobby coffee is great too. I used the gym it was a good place if you want to fit in a quick workout.

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking at $5 a day. 1.4 mile walk from East Falls Church Metro. Falls Church is a beautiful area. Went to eat at Hot and Juicy Crawfish, a short walk away. Very tasty and excellent value.

AKA Hotel is simply great. I stayed there for 5 nights, so believe I can say I had decent time to experience it. I liked pretty much everything about it. Staff is super friendly. Facilities, at least the ones I used, are great, loved the cinema room. Location in Alexandria, walking distance to Waterfront and King’s street.

I was attending a course, and it was clos to the course facilities, that was the main reason, together with price and former reviews. Good connection to DC, and the transportation to and from the metro station was excellent.

Very clean and functional room, very friendly staff, quick check-in and -out. Extremely close to the Metro station "Court House" and a variety of nice restaurants nearby. A good alternative to downtown Washington.
