I arrived, paid, was given a smoking room, on getting out of the lift, I automatically returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. I received none. The staff member was also very unpleasant. Therefore, I lost my money for 4 nights although not staying. This place is awful and no one should stay there!!!! I never will book or encourage anyone to book it. It is almost like a 'red' district hotel.... AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL PLACE

Sunrise Hwy and area around the hotel have a choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was cold & we rented a car to get around. Staff provided menus so we could order & have food delivered. We had a great lunch at Volcano 081!

Through the window, you can only see parked cars and traffic on the expressway less than 40 meters away. The air conditioning unit is very old, dirty and noisy. General stuffiness in the room. Old furniture and carpets. For this money I expected bearable conditions. Never stay overnight at this hotel again! The water in the bathroom (old bathroom without a bidet and dingy) drained poorly. when it comes to breakfast, I haven't eaten such terrible food in 30 years!ChristophGermany
