This was our first time in Utah for National Archery Tournament. The hotel welcomed our team of kiddos with warm smiles, and special good luck posters for our team. The hotel was clean and kept tidy. The breakfast buffet has a variety of delicious options. We will definitely be back.

It was the worst hotel super 8 i have ever stayed at.
It was the worst hotel super 8 i have ever stayed at. From the host to the day managers to the cleanliness of the place. We checked in and the toilet was clogged up. The AC went off in the middle of the night when we reported it we were told we should understand these are ild AC units. So it should be normal to go off as it pleases. We had to go to the lobby to use the microwave and 2 days later it broke down and we were told owners not going to replace it. Coffee makers were last cleaned probably months ago.

Booking.com has for the last three years according to the manager, has indicated there is a breakfast available. It is not available due to COVID. The staff has told booking.com but booking.com has dropped the ball for the past three years. There is a Denny's and two gas stations within walking distance but booking.com did not mention that, the staff did.

To dangerous of an area to stay.
To dangerous of an area to stay. The hotel was next to a transit station. The checkin was long ( at least a 1/2 hour to 1 hour). As we were leaving there was a young male hiding behind the garbage facilities. If you are going to stay here, DO NOT GO anywhere by yourself. WE felt very unsafe!!!

The shower head was the only good thing about my room.
The shower head was the only good thing about my room. The beds were very uncomfortable like a cheap spring mattress that caved into the middle. The carpets felt sticky with socks on. There was stains on the walls, looked like mold growing in the shower ceiling. Every place I looked there was little hairs like it wasn’t swept good enough or the sheets weren’t washed because I would find random hairs in the sheets. In fact there was even a dog paw print on the sheets of one our beds. The front desk was decent. However the very first night we almost got our rental towed after a long late night because we forgot to put the parking permit in our rental even though the front desk said “write down the license plate, make and model of your vehicle, so we can look back to our records if for some reason the tow truck has to come we can verify it’s one of our paying guests” which was a complete lie because they didn’t care either way. The pool had no towels, trash everywhere, and the sun roof of the pool was broken out in many spots. Breakfast was okay, i did love how you can make your own waffles fresh. The lobby where everyone can eat is just very crowded. Over all you get what you pay for. Thankful to have found a semi affordable place to stay for the short time. The price we pay was definitely not worth the service we received. The sanitation of the La Quinta needs to better as well.
This hotel was better than I expected. It’s close to the ski bus stops so very convenient for Alta and Solitude/Brighton. We were surprised by the large hot breakfast, nice quality bedding, and quiet room. The room was fairly large and the toiletries were better quality. The shower head is great. You can walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The only thing, we didn’t see a button you have to press to obtain maid service so our room wasn’t cleaned until the last day. We thought it was a great value!
First and foremost what I like is the hospitality. Staff and management is always making sure me and my family stay is as comfortable as possible to their abilities.
They all do a great job, and believe this is the best place to stay in Midvale.
The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity, about 0.5 miles from the shuttle bus (Shuttle to the mountains resort Brighton, Solitude).
Ok, the price was also relatively affordable. (but not the price/quality ratio)
While not a new hotel, this one seems well-maintained. Some updates are evident, like new bathroom tile. The fireplace, and the neat kitchen were nice features. The breakfast offerings were decent.
It is relatively conveniently located for quick car access to the hotel (next to the interstate exit) and downtown. Enttrance to room from car was easy.
The room was a nice size. The hotel was cheap. Not very many people and there was plenty of parking. The room has a fridge and microwave which was nice.
