Older motel, looks unassuming from the highway - what an absolute gem! Room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Good value for the money. Lobby "check-in" is also a rock shop, and had some absolutely outstanding fossils. Location has small café, open for breakfast and lunch, but not dinner. Would stay again!

The ranch is really really nice. We stayed in the ranch Aug 23 and it's the best we have done since the beginning of our road trip. We had a very nice moment and also appreciated the kindness of Lobby team and restaurant team. Lodges are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect as well, quality and choices available makes the difference. I'm generally not giving reviews on Hotel/Accomodations but when it's really nice place, I do. Thanks to the Zion Ranch Team

Staff could not have been nicer. The room was very spacious and very clean. It was unfortunate that the restaurant had to close for a couple of days of our stay but we enjoyed the meals we had there. Loved the quirkiness of the restsurantcand the fact that although it's part of a chain it still feels very much like a family run hotel and you feel personally cared for as a guest. It was in an ideal location for Zion and Bryce Canyon and we also enjoyed a visit to Kanab too.

The place has broken windows and no improvements noted. Air conditioner froze up and stopped working second day. Called for help but none came. Unplugged ac and tried to thaw it out. 110 degree weather. Owner stated she just bought it and was waiting on using the internet reservations to run out before fixing anything. Just my loss. My wife and daughter were afraid to stay there but none of the other hotels were available.

Gordon is an extremely helpful manager with a broad knowledge on the National Parks. The hotel is situated among a beautiful golf course and the lower motel buildings are architecturally highly interesting being originally designed in the 50ties by a Frank Lloyd Wright student. Also the room design is classic prarie style. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Zion.

We had the most amazing experience at Zion Mountain Ranch, especially as it was our Honeymoon! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations or services. The property is absolutely stunning and I LOVED all the animals, they were so sweet. We also had a great experience using their partner to book a Jeep Tour and Sunset Horseback Riding

A basic motel, but everything was good. The location is very convenient - just east of Zion NP and close to Bryce Canyon NP. There is a restaurant within a walking distance and a gas station.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean but small. Due to the location and not much around in the area, the place is was fine if you don't expect a Hampton Inn like hotel.
