At first the staff was friendly, after complaining about cleanliness it’s been weeks waiting on a resolution and I am getting the run around from manager and front desk.

Check in was super quick. Front desk staff was friendly.
The room was ok for a three night stay. We were close to Philadelphia without paying the higher prices. The hotel was easy on/off to the New Jersey Turnpike. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot. The hotel only offers "snacks" for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a few night's stay.

This place smells bad and the common areas are run down and dirty. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Cabinet door fell off onto my foot! Needs a good cleaning and some aesthetic care. Not the quality for the money. More like a Super 8. I need a dog friendly place and it’s sometimes hard to find. So, sometimes I get stuck
In a place like this. I do not recommend it.

The front desk staff upon arrival and ongoing were helpful and friendly. The suite met our needs for 6 little girls and two adults. The location was very good between the airport and hotel. The breakfast selections were good. However, the kitchen was not very friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice and clean.
Everything was nice and clean. My only complaint was the noise. Sounded like someone moving furniture every night and there was an old van with a loud muffler idling outside my room for hours throughout each day while they were smoking. I had to turn TV way up to hear it. Otherwise a great place to stay
The room was 5 star and spacious and very clean. The floor was made of deluxe and I was surprized we got that for $100 only. The breakfast was not offered but there is a walmart right in front of the hotel and we went there to bring bread, muffins and spreads to do our breakfast in room which offered us free coffee. The hotel seems Brand new and I believe was the best one in our 20 days long trip. 10/10. We also liked the free spacious parking lot and a large lobby with option for breakfast and dinner.
After a big family dinner, it was nice to enjoy the back patio for a bit.
The next morning started with a great breakfast, followed by heading outside to the basketball court and then the indoor pool. Some adults worked out at the gym.
Then we all headed back to our rooms to get ready for a family wedding.
The hotel was gracious enough to let us stay beyond the 12:00 required departure to prepare the wedding.
This is a very nice property! Loved that this hotel is close to the highway. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Hotel rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Hot breakfast is served in the morning. My visit was a short stay. I certainly will return back to this hotel should I need an over night stay in this area!
The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's hard to find a hotel with both that made my nights sleep amazing. This was the main reason why I was delighted with my room. Also the hotel was quiet. It was fully booked this weekend but very peaceful as they enforced quiet hours in respect for the guests staying here.
Very bright and modern hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool and fitness center, although I didn't have time to use them. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that the room came with everything you would need in order to cook and clean, including a dishwasher.
I liked nothing. This hotel cancelled my reservation the morning of my arrival and alerted me by email. No phone call? Since when does the hotel charge the room the morning of arrival and not upon arrival? They stated the card on file didn’t work. Way to go leaving me without a room to stay in after a wedding
Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of choices. I especially liked the omelets. The coffee (my pet peeve in some of these free breakfast deals) was hot and delicious. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area.
The hotel was passable. The outside looks very welcoming. However, the hotel overall had a dated feel to it inside. I feel there are small "attention to detail" issue that could be fixed/repaired that would vastly improve the "first impression".
Location is perfect near New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 with access to Philadelphia area. Very clean and comfortable room. It's obvious that the hotel pays particular attention to housekeeping -- my kudos to the housekeeping staff.
That the breakfast was kid friendly & pretty good. The 2 bedroom suite was big enough for a family of 7. We enjoyed the quiet aspect and mostly it was. No one really bothered you.
The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The shower head was strong and made washing my hair easy! Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely helpful.
When I got to the hotel they told they overbooked and didn't have a room for with a smile on her face like it was big deal so I had scurry around looking for a room
