Lovely hotel, great location with parking. Literally across the street from Olde Mistick Village and Mystic Aquarium. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks across the road. It is about a 5 minute drive to the town of Mystic which is a beautiful town with many restuarants and right on the water. The hotel has a nice bar where we had a drink after dinner. The pool area looked very nice but we did not use it. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The only negative I have is breakfast was not included. We went to the Mystic Diner down the road which was very good. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

While I was at the desk asking a question a customer came and said his room key did’nt work. Later on a couple of occasions i had trouble and had to go down to get new keys. It looked like they were used to issuing new keys. The problem is the door lock is original to the hotel and is so worn out it does’nt read the card. Annoying !

Cleanliness was exceptional,.
Cleanliness was exceptional,. Looking forward to going back. No coffee makers in rooms, but that doesn’t keep me from returning. There is continental breakfast. Close to Westerly RI, beaches which was our destination.

I am familiar with the area and enjoy it.
I am familiar with the area and enjoy it. Knowing peak traffic times helps as locals are aggravated by visitors driving slowly figuring out the area. I tried the Red Onion and the food was good. It was easy to get to and the staff was nice. Of course this location is convenient to Foxwoods and all the shops at Tanger Outlets and restaurants. Check schedules as many are open only late in the day and/or mid week thru weekends.

Front Desk Was Very Pleasant, Very Spacious Condo But Coud have been Cleaner. As The Sheets were not properly put on right would suggest more training would be needed . Bathroom Jacuzzi was in need of a> deep cleaning<. as well as the porches needed sweeping. As We All Know ~ During These Unprecedented Times Is Tough Situation For All I Excused For That Fact. But Other Than That It Was a Nice Stay**

Comfortable bed, clean linens, shower and room.
Comfortable bed, clean linens, shower and room. Smoking should be prohibited in all rooms, especially marijuana. It's pretty sad when you open the door and need to keep it open because of that disgusting smell. Thanks to the staff member who came to disinfect our room.

The sun out blind had a large hole in it that had been previously taped over. I mentioned this to the hotel desk staff at check out and it was stated , they were aware and it’s in process to be fixed. I would think with this should be a priority to fix or the room should not be rented until it’s fully fixed. The hotel seems a bit run down
The WHIRLPOOL TUB IN THE MAIN ROOM!!!! Oh my gosh! I used before AND after our concert at Foxwoods! What an awesome treat! The room was spacious, comfortable, well apportioned. It really is a beautiful hotel and the shuttle to and from the casino was awesome! It took the worry about parking away. EXCELLENT experience! :)
Location was very good. It is about 10 minutes to Foxwoods. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was so-so. Toast, muffins, bagels, and English muffins. And waffles. We were hoping for bacon and eggs or sausage.
For the price the room was quite satisfactory. The staff we interacted with were very personable and friendly. The breakfast they offered was good. The casino where we were going was only a couple of miles from the hotel.
Easy access to casinos. This is a great, simple, no frills, comfortable, clean and affordable hotel. The rooms are small, but if you’re there to see a show or for a weekend, it’s a great bargain.
This hotel was within close proximity to the Foxwoods Casino. The price I paid for two nights was reasonable. I really loved the no noise policy which made my nights sleep a restful one.
Loved the spa tub. Very nice feature.
King size bed was comfy.
Tv worked.
Area was quiet.
Liked the separated building units vs a large many floored hotel.
