Great location with direct access to the metro from the hotel. Very close to the center with multiple metro lines. The rooms are nice, the staff was very helpful with everything. Spy museum is 20m from the hotel, union station is only 10 min drive for long distance trains.
Amazing service and comfortable accommodations await you at this hotel, in beautiful Arlington, Virginia, only minutes from downtown Washington D.C.

Room was set for maintenance repair but was rented to me. Then i was locked out for repairs and had to be walked to the room without key cards and told to wait. The cleaning lady had to help me and get keys made for me so could leave. So many problems, checking un was horrible, bookjng an extra night was a nightmare. It seemed to be family ran and it was horrible.

We didn’t really explore much in Oxon Hill, but there was a lot to do. Top Golf was next door to our hotel and it seemed to be a very popular attraction. The MGM was cool…shops, dining, Casino…what else is there to say? We spent the evening eating and taking in the sights there, pretty neat 👍. There’s an Outlet Mall for tons of shopping and just about every restaurant that you could imagine in the area. Wish we could have spent more time exploring Oxon Hill, maybe next time!

The accommodations were very nice.
The accommodations were very nice. Front desk efficient, but the restaurant staff made our short trip
Great. They were fantastic ! Please give them accolades for their great job. Also the hotel and room was very clean. Rooms were spotless! Elevators and always clean.
No complaints. The shuttle also took the difficulty out of the ride to MGM and made it so convenient going and coming.
I think a little continental breakfast would have been nice, otherwise it was a wonderful stay! I also liked the 12 noon checkout. Great !!!!

Everything in the room was very comfortable.
Everything in the room was very comfortable. There was a security guard posted near the lobby, and that made me feel safe. The only complaint I had, and it's very minor, is that the volume on the TV was really low.

I was there to help my brother move in, so didn't see much of the area. Around the hotel, the overall scene was one of urban decay, but a few miles away we noticed suburbia and nice homes. Maryland seems to be a beautiful state, and I would like to return there sometime and stay in a different location.
I ate at Wendys in Oxon Hill... ordered approximately $15 of food and paid with a $20. I was handed my food and the window was closed; when I didn't leave the gal came back and asked "do you need ketchup?" and I told her I needed my change. She stated that I paid her exact change; her drawer was closed... end of discussion. Won't go back there. Next time, I will avoid Red Roof Inn, and stay in DC.

The best thing about where I stayed is that it was just a few minutes away from National Harbor. At Red Roof Plus, you can get a discount at IHOP if you want to end your trip with a quick breakfast before you hit the road. Stop in and visit Oxon Hill some time! :)

. I think rooms need to be updated, beds need updated, fresh paint and all microwaves and refrigerators are old, knobs missing, not cool, needs to be updated. This is a common hotel for me. I stay here often but problems with fridge and microwaves are the same. These rooms/beds are outdated worm out and need to be updated for their price regardless of location. Staff was Great tho!
The looks were very modern and clean! And it was close to everything, but we stayed there because we were going to the MGM casino, which a free shuttle took and picked us up, and let me tell you it was maybe a 5min drive and that was only because of the lights. There was a deal for king bed suite, and it was an amazing price with it being where it was & how nice the hotel was. I’ll definitely stay there again, especially when it gets warm and can go to the National Harbour or to walk across the street to “Top Golf”.
This is a nice basic motel for those that are comfortable in an urban area. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location provided easy access to the highway and short drive to National Harbor and Alexandria. Plenty of fast food nearby. Shopping outlet and neighborhood shopping are plentiful. Staff was friendly. Daily room cleaning was offered. It's in an urban setting not a tourist zone.
I appreciated how clean my room was. It definitely helped the overall appeal of the hotel and increased my satisfaction with my stay. And this may sound silly, but the heater in our room worked splendidly. I liked how nice and professional the employees were and how nice they kept everything. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get into and out of the hotel parking lot each day.
Our room was old but clean. They ran out of all breakfast food except plain bread by 8am. The halls were filled with so much weed smoke it was just foul! The whole hotel smelled like a skunk and the management did nothing! This is advertised as a 100% smoke free facility and it clearly is not. Definitely not family friendly.
The location is so close to National Harbour Convention Center that it just takes less than 7-8 minutes by car. Tanger outlet is close there as well.
The parking is sufficent to find a place in any time you arrive at the hotel and free as well. Wi-fi connection is free of problems in rooms.
The location was easy to find. Compared with the typical price for hotels in downtown, DC, the price was very reasonable, and the tax is only 6% in MD. Free Parking and free breakfast were helpful as well.
Hotel is close to harbor, casino and lots of dining and attractions. I had a water leak in bathroom they came and fixed it immediately and gave me late check out! I always love staying there.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
There's no subway or bus station near, so we had to get an Uber or walk to the nearest bus station. But the hotel has a shuttle bus instead.
