Although the water was freezing my kids still enjoyed the pool. It was a great way to keep them busy. My 1 year old really loved the kitchen set.

Nothing very dirty and disgusting We walked in room and left to drive 4 hrs back home instead of staying in the place
Port Richey is a beautiful, interesting little community.
Port Richey is a beautiful, interesting little community. There are a couple island beaches nearby. We enjoyed three excellent restaurants in the area. We were there for just one night, but a longer stay is recommended. Florida's west coast has so much to offer no matter what city/town you choose to visit.

This hotel was a disappointment.
This hotel was a disappointment. Everything was old and in need or repair or replacement. The furniture was chipped. Everything needed a coat of paint. The kitchenette looked like it was from the 1950's. Plus the room was dirty. I would never stay in this hotel again.

It has wonderful forest areas, parks, and beautiful country.
It has wonderful forest areas, parks, and beautiful country. Plenty of shops and great restaurants. There are a variety of hotels, and please ask to see your room first and test the beds. That's is a very important part of one's stay. Enjoy the journey!

Very disappointing hotel.
Very disappointing hotel. Poorly maintained, dirty, soap scum in bathtub, non-functioning exhaust fan, worn/damaged items in room, hole in wall. Housekeeping was very minimal - seems like it was just pulling up the bed covers. "Grab and go" breakfast seemed like a cheap way around a real breakfast and blame it on Covid.
I would not stay there again.
Pluses: nice front desk personnel, good internet, comfy mattress.

Port Richey is ok to visit, just depends on what you are going there for. There are some good restaurants but just watch your prices. Before you book a hotel, call first to see if they are doing any kind of construction work. If so, choose another hotel, just not a cheep one.

I loved Danielle at the front desk, if Days Inn lets her go,...
I loved Danielle at the front desk, if Days Inn lets her go, they have lost their best asset. The motel room was nice, and I will return if back in the area. Carmelittas Mexican restaurant was wonderful, and Harpoon Harry's in Tampa has amazing food. The shops in Tarpon Springs were nice, and the most fun was going to Robert K. Rees park & beach with my niece and her family, my service dog, and my daughter.
The host was VERY responsive and courteous. One night we tried to use the blender and it didn't work. I let the host know and the next morning, before we woke, there was a new blender sitting on our porch. Another day, we ran out of hand soap and within 20 minutes, she dropped off a new bottle!
The house had all the amenities you could need, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, cooler, pool floaties, etc.
Beautiful view of the water from all central locations in the house. Host lives on site and was very accommodating when we needed him, but not obtrusive. Close to New Port Richey's Rec Center and Starkey Nature Preserve.
If you like birds, there was lots of bird activity along this waterfront and a pelican rookery across the way - an Osprey hangs out right over the dock. Egrets and herons everywhere. Ducks, etc.
Your site made this trip a total let down! Booking.com is the worst site to book with!
We stayed because the price was right. once we got here, they told us we were charged in US dollars, not Canadian.
In the end, you are quoting all prices in CANADIAN DOLLARS on the website.
Why are you doing that when the hotel is charging US dollars? SOOOOOO misleading.

Property is located close to everything in Port Richey and only 30 mins from honeymoon island. Owners really thought of everything, kitchen has dishes and cook wear, electric kettle, sugar and creamer. There was a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. Everything was very clean. Felt like home.
The hotel was in the perfect location for my stay. The staff was very friendly and even called to see if the room was to my liking. My room was immaculate and you can see and smell how clean everything was throughout the hotel, the hallways and the room. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.
I didn't pay attention when booking that they accept guests from 3 pm. After a long flight, I wanted to check in faster. I was met by a nice girl who allowed me to check in an hour earlier. Thank her very much! The large and comfortable bed made me happy. Everything is cozy. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel!
Breakfast was not too impressive and has been the same since I first spent time there in May 23. Greater variety of fresh and healthy items would be nice.
Location works very well for me, that's why I chose that hotel
We only chose this hotel and drove an extra 20 miles for hot tub...learning the hot tub didn't wrk...very disappointing...the room was dirty, and no door to other room...bathroom was bad..toliet wasn't wrking..
The room was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was fantastic- overall, the hotel met and exceeded expectations. The kids LOVED the pools and spent HOURS in them every day!
Rude staff….NO heated pool, hot tub was cold and green!
make you leave a $100 deposit for the worst hotel ever! They advertise free continental breakfast which consists of empty counters. NEVER AGAIN!
The room last night was one of the best rooms I've ever had at this hotel, even when it was Belmont. Also better then most all other surrounding hotel rooms I've been in.
It was very clean and very comfortable. I was able to check in early. I had to go to Port Richey for family matter. I really appreciated accomodations 🙂
