The location was great the room was good the staff was very pleasant breakfast was okay just not enough to choose from what I didn't like people in the parking lot drinking and talking loudly. Most of the night was not pleased with that at all

I made a mistake when I checked in, consequently I was double charged on my credit card. The hotel personnel caught it when they reviewed my bill for billing. They contacted me and said they would straighten it out, and they did.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We also asked for a first floor room, but we were put on the third floor so that was disappointing. We were not aware of this until we checked in. I forgot to mention that whatever they use to wash the bedding, I woke up itching and scratching when I got too warm several times during the night.BBarryUnited States
