Extremely polutted city.
Extremely polutted city. The most expensive city in the world with the lowest cuality of services offered. One big no go. They will try to rip you off in every sence. From food to transport to clothing and entertainment you will pay the biggest bills in your life for what you get in return. In regards of safety the city has improved dramatically and there are not so much robberies most of the criminals left the country to the US and other destinations. You can feel safe this is one plus no one will rob you or do anything to you stay in Las Mercedes and Chacao and other good areas.

Caracas has many beautiful places to visit, the greatest places you could go to if oyu are in the city are: the children's museum and the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Park formerly known as the "East park". You will need a full day to visit each of these places thoroughly and enjoy as much as you can while relaxing in the surrounding areas.

Caracas is not now the great city it used to be, everything looks runned out, people have not learned nothing from the crisis, the buildings are lonely, looks like many business just left their properties and fled, i'd really wouldn't recommend caracas if you think you are going to a normal South American capital, but if you want to come for other reasons it is alright, though to much expensive in quality-price relation.

despite everything that we say about security, we had no problems. It is enough to keep low profile, as little jewelry as possible and keep your money safe and not show it off. Caracas is a city full of surprises and many activities are offered We love the cable car to Mount Avila and the view of the guaira

Even though the economical situation is hard, it´s nice to see warm people, lots of trees, different kinds of birds and less traffic in this city. I love the weather and hope to see more places around.
Overall, I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. It is comfortable, the rooms are quite spacious, it is very well located and the staff is super helpful - especially the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff - so I felt looked after. Views of Mount Avila are gorgeous, especially in the afternoon when the parakeet are playing, and even though the rooms face a busy road, the place is quiet at night and at least in the higher floors the noise doesn’t bother.
I was on the roof terrace between 10 and 4 pm I had a 10 beer and chicken combo I think it came to $12 US in the afternoon evening I would either have half a chicken with fries and salad and a beer in the restaurant and it will come to $15 next door to the restaurant was the Burger Bar $6 for two beautiful cheeseburgers Who ever/ however they designed this Hotel needs an award
I wholeheartedly have found the gem of Caracas
I booked using the genius discount from Booking (at least I thought so) but when there, although they had their own discount ($80 per night) it was way above the $60 one I would have gotten with Booking (prices for hotels in venezuela are crazy high, but that’s another subject) Other than that, facilities where great, and the staff was nice.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating they made our stay enjoyable by giving us a city view suite as well as directions and suggestions where to eat and how to get to very interesting places , I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Caracas as a great destination
really bad experience , there is not an single thing positive in this hotel . even though you had a booking reservation when I got there receptionist said he didn’t have any reservation . i show him the confirmation and he charged me double for what the reservation was originally .
The staff were friendly, efficient and very professional. We changed rooms part way through our stay to avoid noise from the neighbouring bistro. The unobstructed view of the Avila from the second room on the north side of the hotel was breathtaking.
I has travel a lot all over the world and stayed in big cities and small towns as well but this place is a awful place to stay. if you visit Caracas give yourself a favor and stay away from this horrible place.
Best B&B I’ve had in years with lovely and helpful family hosting you.
Safe area with fine restaurants in walking distance distance.
Also for breakfast you’ll meet (and feed) and infamous Guacamayas of Caracas
I liked the fact the hotel has a bakery and restaurant included with good prices. Another thing I liked was that the staff is quite helpful to assist you in any matter.
Good Staff, clean room, clean bathroom, good location near by Hotel there are restaurants so nothing to worry about breakfast/ lunch/dinner, Good for solo traveler
Location was good, but some issues inside of the hotel, we were moved to another room because sink was leaking water and some insects present inside or the room
