We stayed there for 3 nights to make one day trips to Halong bay and Nin Bin and Lily made it possible just for 10 minutes. Our room was 601, it was clean and neat, AC worked well without unpleasant smell. The staff were friendly and attentive, all requests were fulfilled quickly

The staff were all amazing! So friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The value for money was also excellent for the location and the services at the hotel. The food served at the resturant was delicious! My favourite was being able to order freshly made pho for breakfast.

The rooms were very nice and clean with good airconditioning. The hotel looked really nice.
But most importantly: the staff was super friendly! They helped us very well when we arrived earlier than check-in after a long flight. They offered us a complementary breakfast and we were able to checkin already at 9AM instead of 2PM.
We were always greeted with a smile and they were there to help us when we had questions.
On our last day we could leave our luggage at the hotel and before the night train we could take a free shower at the hotel.
