We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes! The location for us was very convenient. We would happily return and stay again. Thank you for having us 🙌🏼!

Our room was huge, for the price it was such good value for money - the fish pond on the balcony was a nice surprise! The staff here are amazing and really made our stay great, they always offered a smile and conversation :) the location was good, down a quiet side street with some good restaurants nearby.

Arrived and greeted very warmly by the staff and given a welcome drink which was much appreciated. Check in was easy and we were shown to our room. We stayed in a nice villa overlooking the pool. It was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated of traditional house in Vietnam. The bed was quite comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Would recommend staying at the Ancient Hue Garden Houses to anyone staying in Hue.
