Spectacular view over the Zambezi river with the mist of the falls in the distance. Within a short, safe walk to the falls. Super helpful and friendly staff who are obviously very well trained. Loved the Zebras, Impalas and Giraffe calmly walking around the property. Bed was super comfortable and the room spotless with a stunning view.

Friendly staff, they decorated our room very nicely and gave us an additional small light which made the atmosphere in the room a bit nicer. The air-con in the room is nice. Showers have hot water although the bathroom is very basic. The pool is great to cool down. Good location in town - close to the main street with market and restaurants. Hotel can organise transport to the Victoria Falls and traditional African village which is very recommendable. You can ask at breakfast for omelette or scrambled eggs to have something else than English Breakfast all the time. That was nice that they were flexible to cook something different.

The staff Enevia and Ronald were quite helpful and I also enjoyed the English breakfast. Darius the Lodge manager who also serves as a tour guide was also very good and exceptional in organizing the tours and making sure we got there on time or arranged pick up for the ones that needed us to be picked up. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality at the lodge.

Livingstone town is a bit raw, but not unsafe. The classic components - Victoria Falls (you really do not need a guide just call a local taxi - avoid a guy called Bison! The park with Rhino tour, sunset tour - we used the African Queen/Princess and it was excellent. More than adequate snacks and unlimited drinks. The crew were exceptional. We ate at our hotel - the Victoria Falls Waterfront as it was so good and great value. Didn’t need to consider anywhere else. Amazing pizzas.

Friendly and safe town. Easy to get around.
Friendly and safe town. Easy to get around. Avoid being ripped off by taxi drivers. The falls are a sight to behold, it was majestic. Zambesi cruise is a to do activity, have dinner in one of the restaurants afterwards. Instead of buying at the town market, take a trip to Mukuni village for affordable souvenirs to take home.

Lovely quaint little town, friendly people and clean.
Lovely quaint little town, friendly people and clean. Mosquitoes weren't too much of an issue. We walked the whole length of the town in one day, enjoying the sights and sounds. Very USD focused though, so plan accordingly.

We booked a tour to Livingstone Island and Devil's Pool through LIFE ON THE EDGE. It was an awesome experience. Highlight of our trip. We paid $120 USD per person. Other tours charge more on viator and get your guide, but this is the only company that runs these tours so do not overpay by going through a middle man. Book directly. We felt safe the entire time. Well worth the money!

Getting around Livingstone was convenient as one can walk...
Getting around Livingstone was convenient as one can walk around the town or easily catch a taxi at an affordable price. There are many different cuisine options, be sure to try the local foods which were quite tasty. The Zambezi river cruise was my personal favorite activity.
Tabonina had all of the necessary facilities (a/c, a small fridge, mosquito nets, a pool etc) and was very clean. The breakfast was also good.
However the real draw would have to be the staff who were all incredibly helpful and friendly. This was the first bit of solo travel I did in Zambia and I was initially a lo nervous but they were so welcoming that it immediately put me at ease. They even checked on me one evening when I hadn’t had dinner!
What a special place to stay in Zambia!! The pool was so nice, the rooms and A/C were perfect, and the Wifi worked well (especially from the breakfast/sitting area).
We loved having the delicious and freshly made breakfast each morning. What made it all even more amazing is how sweet they were to make sure everything was 100% gluten free for me as I have Celiac. The care and effort was so wonderful!
We 100% recommend this wonderful guesthouse!
The location cannot be beat! We didn't even realize that the falls are essentially in the back yard of the property and that the hotel cost includes unlimited access in/out of the park. There were animals roaming around - monkeys, zebra, giraffe (!) - and we could just walk among them. With this hotel there is also access to the restaurants and amenities at the Royal Livingstone just next door. Honestly I wish we could have stayed for a week.
Great location right on the river, one of the few hotels and best price range for that feature. Wonderful views of a beautiful property set on the river with the pool, outside bar and outside dining. Also nice views from our balcony of the river although somewhat blocked by the trees.
Everyone on the staff was top-notch and always cheerful and friendly and very eager to assist and provide service.
I fully enjoyed my stay at Ngoma Zanga Lodge. From the first step into the lobby, I knew I picked the right place. We were welcomed by Kennedy who we later looked forward to seeing every time we returned. The staff at Ngoma Zanga made us feel like we were at home away from home. Breakfast was delicious and our room was perfect. I will stay here any time I visit Livingstone.
Everything from the staff, accommodation, transportation, proximity to airport, food were phenominal. Adrian personally drove me around town and beyond and his knowledge of the tourist attractions was beyond this world. His honesty and caring attitude came in handy for me since i have never been to Zambia leave alone the City of Livingstone. Keep up the good work young lad
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Duane is very nice. He helped me to figure out the wifi issue and arranged a shuttle for me to the bus station although it is only 5 min walk.
The environment of the hotel is excellent.
The location is very convenient. It is only 5 min to the bus station and also near to Livingstone museum.
Everything in the lodge from the time of check in to check out was amazing, The resort is an absolute worth to visit within Livingstone and probably one of the best things we did in.
We visited in back to back in 2 weeks, The views of Zambezi river from the rooms, Room being cleaned twice every day and with the little sweet savories,
The staff on the desk are kind and helpful at recommending places. Location wise the hotel is central, shops and restaurants all around.
Breakfast is included. Air con in rooms. Cute thatched roof. Cheaper than alot of options around so if you want a cheaper stay then it is pleasant.
The hotel is beautiful, with lovely pool, gazebos for all day relaxing, and is right on the banks of the Zambezi River. The Victoria Falls is just a couple of kilometers away. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
The staff of Victoria Falls Waterfront were amazing. They welcomed us and helped to link us to services that we needed during our stay in Livingstone. The breakfast was divine! The boat cruise was spectacular!
The breakfast included was simple but has everything you would want.
The feel of the hotel has a great African feel and walking over the bridge to your was just adds to it.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
Beautiful big garden with lots of flowers and nice outside common & restaurant area with a nice vibe.
Walking distance to the main center of Livingstone.
Room was Comfortable, aircon was wonderful in the Zambian heat. Enjoyed the sleeper couch in the lounge ( its technically a 3/4 bed set up as a couch ).
