- Excellent food and wine options - better than expected, reasonably priced. Interesting selections, locally sourced, etc.
- Lovely secluded location with an east 15-minute walk to the edge of town. It is not central. Which was great for us.

Great Swiss village, very clean, very friendly people. Getting around the village can be a challenge. Taxi service appears to be unregulated and prices over the same distance seem to vary from driver to driver

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Saas Fee is stunning.
Saas Fee is stunning. The resort was excellent and everyone there was really nice and very polite. The restaurants we ate at were of a very high quality and being Switzerland you expect to pay fairly high prices. The Apres and nightlife was better than other resorts I've visited and I think the people made that the case. We went in January and were apparently very lucky with the weather being sunny as according to a local its usually blizzards. Please note that the pistes face north so were shaded near the bottom. For more sun exposure we drove 5mins to Saas Grund which our ski pass covered. Saas Grund hasn't as many runs but it was still worth a day trip. To summarise I would definitely hit this place up again.
The Hotel Europa was quite nice. We were very pleased with the spa area, which was better equipped than we anticipated. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good as well. The hotel gives you the possibility to store your ski gear very close to the slopes and thus removes any hassles associated with the distance of the hotel from the slopes, which when walking without gear is really no problem. Plus in the morning they take you to the slopes with the electric car. All good.
The layout, space, decor, facilities and cleanliness were all excellent. The information provided by the letting agents was clear, and when I needed to contact them, I got an immediate response with the relevant answers.
I found the cost to be very reasonable for Switzerland, given the quality of the apartment.
The location is great for the centre of Saas Fee and the mountain lifts, just a little further from the Bus Station and Car Park.
The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.
Well organised shared rooms which allow some privacy and not getting woken up by anyone else in the room. Toilets and showers were very clean. For me, the best thing of the hostel was the spa area. It was really at a good Swiss standard with beautiful view on the mountains. The staff at the hotel are also very nice and allowed early check-in, as weather was really bad that day. Would definitely come back.
The apartment had every thing that one needs in a ski vacation! The living room was big, we liked it because it was very modern and children friendly. Spacious and just the right dining organization. Kitchen had all the amenities that one needs not more and not less. We were positively surprised that they put fresh towels. The location with Coop and Migros right at the corner was a luxury - i must say.
Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. We enjoyed the walk into town, the superb spa and the warm hospitality as it snowed outside. Thank you for a very memorable vacation! Highly recommended!!
The lodge is exceptionally well decorated and cosy, it makes you feel at home and every item of furniture matches the overall ambiance.
The room we selected (suite with spa), had a superb view on the village and the mountain. Definitely recommend it.
The hotel is family owned, and they are super friendly and helpful.
It's a simple hotel, but it has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, and the sauna is great after a day off hiking. I liked the little sitting area in front of the hotel, with the assorted benches and chairs. Nice to hang out at if your balcony gets boring.
Perfect location to enjoy everything offered by Saas Fee. Close to the shops, close to the ski area. Appartement was very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped, very clean. Lisolette is very friendly and welcoming. This is the second time we have stayed at Chateau A&B and we have been very happy both times.
Martina and her team showered us with friedliness. The hotel has a fantastic sauna area with great panorama. We were allowed to use it after checkout and skiing and that was great. They are renovating the hotel step by step in a good way.
Thanks Excellent break fast. Responsive pick up service.
Waldhotel Fletschhorn is one of these unique places where one regrets not being able to attribute a 6th star (although the hotel is only rated 4*). The unbeatable view of the mountains coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it a must-see in Saas-Fee.
The Breakfast, lunch and dinner was super, every food i had in the hotel was fresh and delicious, the staff were super friendly and treated me like a family, the spa has jacuzzi and sauna, great shower and you can experience snow and hot sauna at the same time with privacy.
Great hotel near the Hannig cable station.
Sue and Iwan were very very nice and extremely helpful, even for a very late check-in due to traffic on our way there.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable and the view from the lounge was fantastic.
We were a family of 4 plus a family of 2. Loved the space it’s an apartment with a loft. Kitchen is fully supplied. Fully furnished inside and on patio. Owners are responsive. On a fifth floor with elevator and gorgeous views
An excellent hotel in a beautiful location next to the piste. Owners and staff extremely helpful and very friendly. A good breakfast is always available and there is also an evening meal which is very reasonably priced.
Gorgeous, gorgeous place. We stayed in the top floor apartment and I could live there. Saas Fee is one of our favorite places in Switzerland and this was the perfect place to enjoy it from.
