The room was small but had everything you needed, very efficient and felt 'new'. Bed was very comfy, and you could blackout the window so really dark inside. Shower was good and again felt clean and efficient. Good value for money. Friendly staff, service was good (I asked for a different type of bedding and was no issue), and location for me was ideal as I was going for work and my office was nearby - there are a few trendy bars/restaurants nearby so helpful. It's also a fun novelty to stay in a container. Also no keys/cards - all via codes so very modern and self service is helpful.

It's a nice hotel, but not quite five stars. Great view especially from the restaurant at the top floor.
It's not too far from historic downtown, just a 15-20 minute walk to the old townhall. The breakfast was quite good.
