info on how to access the property was sent to my phone, everything was clear and well organised to gainh access for the keys. Meant that no matter what time we arrived, even if we were held up on the way I could access. Very helpful, covered all we needed to know about using the facilities. Immediate communication after booking.

Lovely quiet town, couple of nice pubs, shopping on hand.
Lovely quiet town, couple of nice pubs, shopping on hand. Best thing for me was the excellent fish and chip shop, The Cod's Scallops! Amazing food, clean establishment, friendly staff, served amazing beer! I'd definitely stay again in Long Eaton when I visit Donington Park again.

The hotel we stayed in was on the main road and the traffic was constant until around 1.30am. We were there mid week.
Long Eaton itself is well situated for getting to Nottingham and Derby. Average small town.

Ate in a few pubs in the area, nice place with nice people.
Ate in a few pubs in the area, nice place with nice people. Pity it cant decide if its in Derby or Nottingham but straddling the border puts you in reach of interesting sites in both counties. Very handy for the M1 and East Midlands Airport, which is to be avoided because of the high parking charges. You can expect a £100 fine if you stop to drop off or pick up a passenger in an area not designated. Or you can pay £1 per minute to wait for someone to arrive.

There was no electricity in the plugs so we could not charge our phones or use the TV. My daughter and I wanted to make cups of teas before going to be but the kettle was not working as no electricity in plugs.

A lovely town with enough shops to look in not for up market...
A lovely town with enough shops to look in not for up market shopping though as there are a few shops that they do not have .I found a lovely cocktail bar to spend the evenings i would avoid the bennets hotel as it has changed hands since I was there last time .more annoyingly is they still have the same advertising outside offering breakfast and cream teas .which are not on offer anymore
Contemporary design, high spec finishes, clean white cotton sheets on comfortable spacious 6 ft bed. This hidden gem is everything you need for a city break, being a short bus ride from Beeston and Nottingham. The full fitted kitchen diner is great if your wanting to prepare food too, the lotus biscuits and ample milk in the fridge avoids those trips to reception in chain hotels. This place is a home from home and we are coming back very soon. I never even read the reviews, the location and images sold me.
I was really impressed with how welcoming and friendly the staff were. I arrived late and nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained how I could get into Nottingham the easiest way by using the park and ride so that I didn't have to drive into the city centre. The lady on the desk also made sure that I could get some food from the restaurant and said that I could order a take away for my daughter to be delivered to our room.
Everything went well the room was clean and the meal we had delivered to our room was excellent the bed was comfortable ..we did not have time to stay for breakfast even though we paid for it, as we overslept. We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions as it a perfect location for our travel to Somerset driving from the North East
The room was lovely, nice big bed, big tv, sofa and table in a nice spaced out area, big window. Kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer The shower was lovely once i realised i had to press a button to get some power in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was £17 for an uber into Nottingham at 11:30pm and £22 back at 2am
Only looking for a cheap family room and it fitted the bill perfectly. It was cheap, clean, had comfy beds, had tea making facilities and a nice hot shower. Checked-in before arrival, so the processes of check-in and out were very efficient, with the staff on reception being friendly and helpful.
The property was run by some really friendly staff who were at hand 24/7. Free parking. cheap and in the ideal location for us. The first night we ate in the restaurant downstairs which was moderately priced and exceptional food.
It was lovely and clean , a really lovely space , easy to access , plenty of parking nearby , we would definitely come back here if we needed to stay in long eaton again , very central as well ,, enjoyed staying there ..
Food is excellent and a good choice to suit all tastes close to Long Eaton centre all within walking distance rooms spacious and comfortable lounge area very comfortable with sky TV outdoor dinning area is very good
beds were clean and comfortable. It was in the ideal position as we were visiting family in the area. Hotel was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. The buffet breakfast was good but could have been better laid out.
Booked two rooms as a (budget ish) place to sleep following a family event in Nottingham. Check in was friendly and courteous. Rooms etc all as expected / booked. Location excellent for motorway links.
The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The bedroom..comfortable & bathroom modern with a decent shower.
Breakfast was excellent.
A great hotel to stay at if your visiting the area.
The bed was the best we've had in a hotel for a very long time. It wasn't cluttered with unnecessary cushions and the quilt wasn't too thick and overbearing.
We feel comfortable and clean, in 3 star hotel, reasonable prices including breakfast, and polite staff.
If we come again Nottingham, will book it future
