Perfect location, mesmerizing landscape 😍😍 really amazing view. The reception was kind and super helpful, she was really nice (the asian girl). Acceptable heating system, good location accessibility. Ritten card included in booking which is valid for cable cabin, tram and bus during your stay.

The breakfast was wonderful with a large assortment of foods and drinks. The restaurant dinners were great and for a great price. And the Wellness center was very clean and offered many amenities. To top everything off most of the staff spoke Italian, German, and English and were very polite, friendly and willing to help with any questions asked.
The best hotel experience I ever had! Exceptional breakfast, super friendly staff, amazing view. Plus points for the sauna and the outside dipping pool which was a fantastic experience on the chilly winter days. We had such a blast to spend the NYE here.
