My first impression as I drove into the property was one of discomfort. It had the look of a once rather grand place in disrepair. My sheets at least appeared clean. Little creepy with a hotel California vibe.

We stayed here because we were exhibitors at the expo center. The hotel is close to the expo center, close to highways and close to local restaurants.
It has a nice fire pit outside and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. So comfy that we even looked to see what kind of mattress it is!

The beds were so FLUFFY! Shower was so hot! Kids were so cray.....but what can you do? This hotel was also directly across the street from our destination at Pines Manor .....like 2 minutes away. Great stay, easy checkout, only $30 incidental hold(last hotel we stayed at was $150, in NJ). Can't WAIT to stay again ...also....we usually stay at Sonesta Suites for our large family.....but the one near Edison had bad reviews....so GLAD we took a chance on Crowne!!!

Dirty tables in the room. Stuff are impolite and very slow at the restaurant area.

Great location. There is an Asian supermarket and a plaza with Chinese restaurants right across the parking lot.
It was very accomodating and comfortable. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. It was nice to smile after a long hard day on the road. It was very clean. And I definately reccommend this place. We ate in the dining room and the steak and chicken wings were delicious.

On booking web site, it was described that their booking is included with breakfast, but they deceived their customers because their dining was not open and they told us that it will be open by April. Why are advertising that the breakfast was intended and kitchen was closed. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they change. Thanks

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff didn’t follow through with my request of no adjoining door and we got stuck with a very loud neighbor who kept on talking and after had the tv very loud until 2:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep. The included breakfast was a miniature muffin to have with room coffee.

Edison NJ is a nice town.
Edison NJ is a nice town. I'm in the process of relocating to Edison. I have been staying in hotels till I find a home that I like and is in my price range. Edison is not a cheap place to live. I don't know if someone would want to visit Edison on vacation, but there are universitites, like Rutgers, in the area, a vibrant Asian community, including several Asian grocery stores, that I just love!! And some historical stuff to see, i.e. Thomas Edison's workshop(?)
This hotel had it all at a price that blew me away. Quiet, Clean, friendly all.at a really great price. The location was fabulous, so close to everything. My.room was spacious & comfortable. I hope people start noticing this hotel and it starts getting more events. The staff went above and beyond as they helped me with every issue that came up. I had an issue right at the end that had nothing to do with the hotel and they went out of their way, even after I left the hotel. They are the only place I want to stay in Edison from now on.

The experience at your hotel was very very very horrible I do not recommend that anyone stay there ever again in life the room was disgusting the curtains were supposed to be white but they were dark meaning that they were dirty I suggest that you personally close the facility down and never rent another one thank you so much
The location was perfect. I was in town for a family gathering and the hotel was right next door. The breakfast staff was very accommodating both our waitress and Jose helped with everything we needed. As a plus Kathy the bartender was the best. Amr Maged has quite an excellent team. Kudos for all the staff.
Breakfast quality is not bad, moderate. A broken toaster has to be used standing in line.
Location is cramped, For a hotel with 99 bedrooms breakfast location is very small.
During second and and third day of stay, linen, towels and condiments are neither changed nor supplemented.
ever thing about this hotel was on point perfect pool area perfect rooms we had the suite that had a full frig and dishwasher as well as plates and utensils . the worker where superb from the cleaners to the front desk we will be back we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast
I like that I didn't just focus on the negative reviews and tried the hotel. It was comfortable, peaceful and the staff was very friendly from the beginning to the end of my stay. The location is peaceful and convenient even if you wanna make a quick Target run
Was a great hotel near NYC affordable for a family.
Definitely much better breakfast than usually in such a category.
Team was very helpful and stored my luggage for 1/2 day free of cost.
The Hotel is in a very good location - convenient for visiting family and friends in Jersey and NYC. The room was good - quite spacious with a twin bed. The air conditioning was good.
The building looked interesting from the outside although You can tell it was being worked on, when it gets done it will be a nice hotel. It was a quiet nice location.
