The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question about local places and transportation since I didn’t have a car. Very comfortable room. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker but no microwave. That was fine with me. The hotel bar and restaurant was great and very reasonable. The location was where I needed it to be. I was there to visit a critically ill friend in Moses Cone hospital which was only a 10 minute ride away.

The Comfort Suites hotel is located to Interstate 85 and provides easy access to many local points of interest. Downtown Greensboro and the Greensboro Colosseum Complex are minutes away.

I paid my first night which was 5/3/2024 through booking when checking in on 5/3/2024 we decided to to stay the next night also so I booked straight through Fairfield. Not only when I checked out I was charged for 2nights instead of one, our key didn't work to our door due to battery dead which no one even bothered to try to fix. Guessing because we had joining rooms this would be ok for us to commute that way, which was not due to this was my ex's room. Then our TV didn't work up until the next day later in the day, an we were told the evening we checked in that they would have someone come look then when calling the next morning there was nothing noted, so they then put another order in for TV to be looked at, remind they still haven't fixed my door. Then I come home after being told I would only be charged the one night 5/4/2024 to being charged for 2 then being told I would be reimbursed to be charged a second time an when I called back was told again I would be reimbursed that the system messed up an again was charged. I'm now -$549 for no reason due to carelessness. I will never stay here again. Staff are very nice an great customer service but it's like nothing was being done. I've been told several times someone be in contact with me an never heard a word. Booking did great they had nothing to do with the bad stay.
