Staff was dressed very unprofessional.
Staff was dressed very unprofessional. Cleaning staff had their children with them while cleaning rooms. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV & it took 30 plus minutes for them to bring us one.

The husband has eye surgery in the morning and they allowed us to check in a little early so he could get right back to sleep. Having the restaurant right at the hotel was nice so we didn't have to leave the property with him just having had surgery.
