Staff: The BEST. From the check-in to the cleaning to the check-out staff, the service was impeccable. My aunt, mom, and I were treated with the utmost kindness. My flight departed at 11 pm but was still granted the opportunity to enjoy my day and allowed access to a courtesy shower.

Friendly staff, hotel quite old and outdated. Guests above us through a glass beer bottle down and smashed everywhere on our back patio. Had we been out there and it hit one of us on the head would have been really bad.

Location was brilliant as it was close to the beach walk. Room was spacious with a great view and lovely balcony with a high tech bathroom. No noise which made it very quiet and we were closest to the lift so this was surprising.
