The whole experience was wonderful. The owner, Tiffany, was so warm and welcoming and made me feel as though I was at home. The breakfast was remarkable, as was the ambiance. The swing on the porch is a personal favorite of mine as too, the balcony off of my room. The owners are well connected to the town that the B&B is located in which makes for a comfortable and special experience. Thank you Katy House for a memorable time.

It was centrally located to my work site. It’s a beautiful location by the river. Very quiet at night, amenities and food galore! Former guests have a nice habit of leaving things behind in the freezer and there was a great selection of coffees, teas and snacks.
