It was an easy 5 minute walk to the metro. The staff was well presented and friendly. We arrived before check in, and they held our bags and allowed us to use the rooftop pool until we could check in. When we did, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite and arranged an extra bed for us. Breakfast was amazing as well!
