High quality hotel with helpful professional stuff located in a centric location, a bit further from the touristic places, in a calm area. They upgraded me to a executive suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The suite was amazing, huge, with all needed stuff. It was perfect for me as I've been working couple of days remotely. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Golden Tulip Media Hotel for five days with a family in two separate rooms. The service was outstanding and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a live egg station and a large selection of high quality food items. The breakfast cook, Kashif, was incredibly nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to provide an extraordinary service. The best thing about the hotel is that they have free shuttle buses that operate at scheduled timings for taking you to many of the tourist attractions. Whether it's the guy in the housekeeping or the front desk lady, everyone went extra mile to give us an excellent service.

The staff was super professional, friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in (thanks to Narinder and Mahmoud) till the moment I checked out (big thanks to Nay, Yu and Nikhil).
