All the details with luxury (lots of light, excellent quality towels, shower powerful, all new and fresh). The landlord with excellent communication, available, very kind. it was one of the best flats I stayed with.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

All the little details, especially at breakfast, and the fact that I could simply open the window and keep the curtains drawn to keep the heat out was great. My room was towards the garden, so no noise! Julian is very attentive and welcoming!
